8 Camera Security System - Certified Refurbished
I purchased as a replacement as my unit was not playing video back and after phone calls with the cocoon support. Purchased and fitted new hard drive this did not fix the problem. I decided then to change the power input lead and this has fixed the problem, though I am out of pocket $90 for the hard drive. I have returned the camera system as directed but have not heard anything or received any refund as yet, returned to.
