I bought a COCOON camera, from a COCOON website, so that I could use the COCOON app that I already have. Instead I received a VENZ camera that needs a WOOX app. You are lucky that I’m broke and i needed one asap otherwise I would have done something. But for sure from now on I will never buy from COCOON again.
Hey Alessandro! Sorry you feel you’ve had a bad experience, however the Pan & Tilt Camera should absolutely work with the Cocoon Connect app!
