Purchased this item as a replacement for another Cocoon 4 camera system. With all the cables in place I had no other option. The Cocoon people do not service their products..a phone message when ringing them tells you all about them…ahem!

Ordered on 23/11/22. Arrived on 7/12/22. Plugged it in and it did not work. (screen goes blank after about 28 seconds). Support were very helpful. They found the problem (faulty Power supply) and fixed it.

The product is great but the customer service was even better. I had to replace the dvr which broke through a power surge. The support team replied in a timely manner and were very helpful.

What we received was excellent, had a little trouble setting up as there wasn’t a clear QR code but it works okay on iPad. Will not connect to Samsung tv but okay otherwise, price was great.it’s just a pity that you can’t talk to someone when you ring, they have to phone you back but it’s never straight away.
